Right Starters for Tubes

The T8 florescent tubes which are known for their extended diameter and low energy consumption are a fine product to use. Yet at time some of the most ordinary issues associated with secondary make the whole product look bad. Having a nice car and driving it with a poor lubricant is like damaging it. Similarly having a good light tube and not having the rightly specified Starter (diffuser) is equally damaging for the tubes.

Unfortunately other than industrial user no one is educated enough on use of electrical equipments. Using poor quality or wrong specification Starters results in poor performance of the tubes which is considered as a fault in the tube and the user does not care looking for other reasons. Good tubes normally come with Starters and have the specification clearly mentioned with spare units as well. If the user runs out of spare ones it is highly advisable that he follows the specification and do not divert.
